Pickup & Shipping Policy

Pickup

Customer who select local pickup automatically agree to the following policy and understand their order may be rejected and refunded without further notice should they choose not to follow any part the process outlined in this policy.

All orders where a customer has chosen pickup will be completed via meet at a location of choice by Discreet Auto at a mutually agreed time. The goods will not be transported further than that location and requests for delivery other than to that location at the mutually agreed time will be rejected.

Customers will be required to present the following at the time of pickup for Discreet Auto to take photographic record of: the Credit or Debit card matching the online order (if the order was paid for with such a card) and photographic identification being an Australian Drivers Licence which must also match the order payment method. The customer will also be required to sign a form provided by Discreet Auto acknowledging they have received the goods contained in the order in full at the time of pickup.

Shipping

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within one business day. In peak periods please allow for up to six business days for dispatch. Where customers have opted for tracked shipping, customers will be provided with a tracking number for each item that is sent out.

Discreet Auto may at its discretion use recycled packaging. As Discreet Auto receives a substantial amount of packaging from suppliers, it is both environmentally beneficial and cost effective to reuse any packaging received to pack and send orders to customers. As Discreet Auto has already factored the reduced packaging cost into its pricing on this website, customers cannot opt not to have recycled packaging.

Please note that, Discreet Auto uses AusPost (Australia Post) for most deliveries. All Discreet Auto deliveries sent via AusPost will come with a tracking number. Discreet Auto reserves the right to use any other freight provider it sees fit, particularly for deliveries considered remote or large items.
