Discreet Auto offers a seven day return to base policy, which means you have seven days after Discreet Auto has sent your item to request a return. In all circumstances, any return, refund or exchange request is considered on a case by case basis and requires written acceptance by Discreet Auto to be effective.
We do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit. This includes change of mind requests, such as advising they ordered incorrect parts. Discreet Auto provides sufficient means of contact to clarify correct parts for purchase and assumes customers are capable of conducting their own due diligence to ensure they order the correct parts.
We do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
We do not accept returns of any form of intellectual or intangible good, such as software downloads, tune downloads or publicly available information provided.
Should you fail to co-operate with a resolution proposed by Discreet Auto, be it from condition of returned goods, failure to return goods, lack of communication, failure to follow instructions, disagreement over the resolution and so forth, Discreet Auto reserves the right to retract any such resolution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any returned goods will be returned at the cost of the buyer and the buyer is also responsible for any damage in transit between the buyers address and the return to Discreet Auto.
Should you need to return or exchange an item, you can contact us at contact@discreetauto.com.au within seven days of receiving the products including photos of the goods and your reason for the request. If your return is accepted, we will advise of instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be destroyed without further notice.
